One Sunday Morning w/ Jill :>

So, me and my friend Jill (@jhiil), decided to start working on our project for Broadcasting. We were asked to make a station id for our tv network. (Yeah, I know it's cool!) Hahaha!Well, I'm very sorry for waking up so late. We're supposed to meet at Roosevelt station at exactly 9am. I alarmed my phone 7am but still I woke up like around 9:30am. (PEACE JILL!)

Fyi folks, we are very (100x) inspired to do this station id because I think we have the best Broadcasting professor which is Sir Roy Iglesias, (Q: Can you feel the pressure right now? A:Yes I can feel the pressure right now!) Hahahha!

I'm very proud to say naman that all of my present profs are very great. So let me take this opportunity to thank PLM for the wonderful opportunity.

"Kailangan mong maging matapang." 

Kailangan mong maging matapang hindi lang para sa sarili mo kung hindi para din sa mga taong mahal mo. Hindi mo alam na doble ang sakit na nararamdaman ng mga taong totoong nagmamahal sa'yo sa tuwing nakikita ka nilang nahihirapan. Kaya't kung ayaw mo silang nasasaktan, ipakita mo sakanila na kahit papaano handa ka nang maging malakas, tumayo at 
manindigan.

Hindi lahat ng tao na naghehello sa'yo ay gusto ka. Hindi rin lahat ng mga kaibigan mo akala mo kakilala mo na. Ang buhok nga nag-iiba ng kulay sa pagdaan ng panahon, paano pa kaya ang ugali ng tao. Tanggapin mo ang katotohanan na sa buhay, tanging sarili mo lang ang pinakakilala mo ng lubos.

"Matutong maghintay at magtiiis."

Tandaan na walang bagay sa mundo ang nakukuha ng mabilisan. Mismong ikaw, pinaghirapan kang ibuo ng mga magulang mo. Gusto mo ng ganito, ng ganyan pwes gumawa ka ng paraan. Ang bagay na pinaghirapanan, yun yung mga bagay na masarap iyabang. 

"Tumingin sa salamin."'

Huwag kang magpakabusy sa pagtalakay ng buhay ng may buhay lalo na kung pilit mo nang pinanghihimasukan ang buhay ng iba. Pag ganyan ng ganyan ang ginawa mo, para mo na ring sinasabe sa sarili mo na walang kwenta ang buhay mo kaya wala kang interest na pagkaabalahan at pagandahin ito. Napakagaling mong magkumpara ng buhay mo sa iba. Wala namang kompetisyon, nakikipag-paunahan ka.

"May mga tao na matagal nang may galit sayo."

Kaya huwag ka nang mabibigla kung isang beses, sumabog na lang sila at sabihin nila lahat lahat ng ayaw nilang pag-uugali mo. Sa sitwasyong iyan, ikaw ang panalo. Dahil mahirap para sakanila ang magkimkim ng sama ng loob at magpakaplastic sa taong ayaw mo.

"Matuto ka namang mamagitan."

Nagtatalo na yung dalawa, ikaw nganga lang. Huwag mong gawing hobby ang pagiging neutral.

Love's Blahblahblah

They say that with each single soul, there's another soul that is meant for them...

He/she may come unexpectedly, and more often than not, when you're not ready. So grab the opportunity and do not be scared. 

Loving is like gambling...

It is so addictive that it will attract you to the point wherein you're going to place your heart as a bet. You have to finish the game in order for you to know if the frolic is for you or not.

Love is the only thing that can make you feel young again.

A man who is in love is like a kid who has a basket full of sweets. Candies and chocolates are  one of the simple things that can make a kid show off his/her big smiles. But when they're sad, mommies are always there to rescue. Just like to other adults, their broken hearts still need the comfort from a mother. A mother's hug is the best medicine for a heart that is hurt. 


Big girls don't cry... because they are careful.
Never let yourself cry because of a heartbreak... as much as possible. It's good to build bridges but if necessary, it's also okay to burn bridges specially when that person is the main reason why you're sad. 


Never claim that you're good at love...
Because that's the only subject in life wherein we all have a tabula rasa.

The Kapal-Muka Version of Me

Hi friends!

Yesterday I went to the Bloggers United 3 event in Makati. The said event was star studded! All the fashion bloggers were present and also the aspiring fashion bloggers. Clothes inside were pre-loved and sold in a cheaper price. Sponsors were also present and they've catered a lot of fun to all. There were games and activities inside too.

As I look for clothes, I heard the EMCEE calling for a girl with a long hair. He said that he needed three pairs. So I was like, "ME! ME! ME!" I went in front of the stage and luckily someone wanted to be paired with me. 

I wasn't able to ask for her name. Well, at first she told me that she knows a lot of braids. And yes, she does! :)

We weren't able to win because it was based on the loudest claps. Unfortunately, I only have two friends with me while my partner's friends were outside the hall. I know that the EMCEEs were not convinced but still, I'm happy for the experience! <3
